Try to have sex in the missionary position as frequently as possible. Avoid positions that assist the leakage of sperms outside the vaginal opening.

After the intercourse, avoid immediate washing. Lay in the bed with an elevated hip for about 15 minutes. You may use a pillow as a support.

Lastly, it’s important that you maintain great eating habits, a healthy lifestyle and most importantly a positive outcome.
